Our experienced team of hair stylists and makeup artists are passionate about helping you look and feel your absolute best on your special day by offering in-salon or on-site wedding beauty services for the bride and the entire wedding party.

Our Policies

    • All brides are required to schedule trial services 3–6 weeks before the wedding for both hair styling and makeup.

    • Trial pricing is the same as the day-of service and allows you to preview your exact wedding day look.

    • There are no travel fees for onsite services in Canton, Plymouth, Northville, Belleville, Westland, or Livonia.

    • If your venue is outside of these areas or requires special access, your bridal manager will provide a travel fee quote based on distance and venue requirements.

    • Generally, there are no booking fees. However, some special requests or complex coordinating may include a booking fee. If applicable, your bridal manager will quote this prior to scheduling.

    • To reserve your appointments for you and your wedding party, a non-refundable deposit of $200–$1000 via credit card is required. The exact amount depends on the number of appointments and artists needed.

    How Deposits Work:

    • Your deposit goes toward your services on the day of your wedding.

    • If no cancellations are made, your full deposit will be applied to your final total.

    • If you cancel any scheduled appointments within 120 days of your wedding date:

      • The cost of the cancelled service(s) will be deducted from your deposit.

      • The remaining balance of your deposit can still be used toward your other appointments.

    • If you cancel all appointments more than 120 days in advance:

      • Your full deposit will be refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days.

    • If all services are canceled within 120 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

    To cancel or adjust your scheduled services, you must notify your bridal manager in writing via email.

Your Satisfaction Matters

If you're unsatisfied with any service, please inform your service provider or the front desk before leaving the salon. Adjustment requests must be made within 48 hours of your service.
